This workshop tackles a holistic approach to managing stress. We look behind the psychology of stress and anxiety and the triggers that can cause them, whilst giving attendees practical techniques to maintaining positive levels of well-being. Whilst this workshop will look at the strategies for coping with demanding workloads, it will also look at the ability to bounce back, and how attendees can build up resilience in high- pressure situations and workplace environments. How can you prevent burnout and what does good self-care and support look like?
